PLAY
Our incredible team have been working behind the scenes to make sure we have a safe environment for our players, coaches and their families to return to play. For more information on our new protocols, click below.

What we start on the pitch
God continues on the sidelines
Coaching for Christ began in 2004 with a vision from God to use sport to spread the Gospel message of Jesus Christ. Coaching for Christ now has approximately 40 coaches and volunteers from various backgrounds and churches, working together in unity for the Glory of God.
Coaching for Christ seeks to equip and reach people for Christ through sport, so that lives and communities are transformed through Christ.
On the pitch
The Coaching For Christ Youth Academy started in 2004 in Ahoghill, Ballymena. As a Club we have been on an incredible journey, and we have now grown to 200 players in different age groups from U5 to U18.Â
Off the pitch
Coaching for Christ’s goal does not end after the 90 minute whistle. We have many other ways where you can sign up and get involved, ranging from international teams and small groups, to volunteering and internships.
The Training Ground
The Training Ground is an initiative of Coaching for Christ created to equip people to reach their world. This is our online platform where individuals or groups of people can grow and be challenged from a wide range of courses.
Radical Living
By definition, to be radical is to bring change and transformation. To go against the norm and the status quo. Why would we want to embrace this type of lifestyle? Journey with us as we discern why we should and what it truely means to live radically.
Get involved
Do you love God and have a passion to know him better, and make him known to others? Do you love sport and are you willing to grow as a sports coach? Then this opportunity is not to be missed!
At Coaching For Christ we use sport as a tool to reach the nations with the good news of Jesus Christ. We are a bridge between the church and local communities.

Statement of Beliefs
These core values underpin our mission at CFC. We believe they are the foundations of our faith, and when spoken in love these truths can change the world. These statements guide us in all we say and do, as we seek to live our lives, and lead this ministry in a way that pleases our great God.
Return To Play
So finally we are getting back on the pitch! As a club we are so excited for the Return to Play from the 12th April. We have been working hard behind the scenes to make sure that we have created a safe environment for all our players, coaches and their families.

Testimonials
“We know of children who have professed faith in Christ through such contact and of homes that have been changed through this ministry. Coaching For Christ also benefits the church fellowship too as it mobilises people and gives them oppurtunity to use their gifts and talents for the Lord.”
“I have worked with CFC for a number of years now. Their ministry has brought so much joy and hope to the children of El Shaddai and the surrounding community and has inspired them to live their lives for God. CFC has been instrumental in helping us train and equip local coaches so that we can continue a football ministry in this area based on their template.”
“CFC coming to Cordoba was a tremendous experience, helping us to reach into the community and the surrounding towns of Los Pedroches Valley. The quality of coaching and professionalism was recognised by both the presidents of the Football Clubs that CFC worked with and the Sports Director of the Local Council… In my 28 years of experience in working with volunteers, they have been one of the best teams to work with and as a result we look forward to working together in the future.”
